Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Client

• If the project is cancelled before work begins, a full refund (minus transaction fees) may be issued.
  
  

• If the project is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund will be provided based on the work completed.
  
  

2. Cancellation by Sleekr

We reserve the right to cancel a project under rare circumstances (e.g., lack of communication, inappropriate content requests). A fair refund will be issued based on work done.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Any domain, hosting, or third-party service fees are non-refundable once purchased.
